A PayPal Invoice is provided for deposit and payment services. Deposits are due to contract your event date and are due at this time. - Payments can be made, on this invoice, at anytime. - The balance of this invoice is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. - All Payments made following the deposit are refundable. - The deposit is NOT refundable but a percentage may be transferred to a new date with permission from the service provider.
* No part of the final order or service will be provided or delivered until the final balance is paid in full. Payment for wedding packages are to be paid in full by 2 weeks prior to the event. * Picture This! Studios reserves the right to use the images and video from your event for display, publication, or promotions, unless otherwise requested. Photo and video credits are appreciated on Social Media but not required. * Photos missed due to tardiness of wedding party and or family are not the responsibility of Picture This! Wedding * Picture This! Wedding takes the utmost care with respect to the exposure, editing, development, and delivery of photographs, videos, prints, sketches, and digital images. However, if the studio fails to comply with the terms of this contract do to events outside their control, Picture This! Wedding is only liable for deposits and payments paid. * A deposit is mandatory to secure booking your event. Deposits are approximately 30% of the service's price or to be determined by the service provider.

While contracts are required to do business, we hope you know we are here to serve YOU.
